By and large, it was reasonably priced place with incredibly kind staff on second shift.

Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The breakfast had lots of options and cereals, pancakes, and eggs were great. A nice size and huge units with a pull out couch, the aircon, a free hot breakfast, and the staff were EXCELLENT.

The stuff where amicable people from manager on down, and the location was ideal. The hotel was 29 minutes drive from the airport. We liked rooms in bathroom on ceiling. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Would stay here again, loved its magnificent location.

A great breakfast where you can cook your own waffles and water them well with syrup, in addition to traditional waffles, there are eggs and sausages and many more. The room was on the ground floor and matched the description perfectly. Great Jacuzzi!

Cold pool, would like to plunge into a slightly warmer and cleaner pool after a long day.

The service in the restaurant and some people don't respect pets

The rooms are relatively small, at least with 2 or 3 children. The breakfast was not really acceptable, there was even some mould on one bread.

Recommend it for the budget-conscious traveler

Great beds. Breakfasts varied each morning with real options!

It was not inexpensive, but still acceptable.

What I liked best was customer service. They accommodated us and were only a call away. Its a little pricey but location is great. Kind of washes each other out.

What I didn't like was the musty smell. Rooms could use new carpeting & newer a/c's.

Clean rooms with comfy beds, but noisy staff at check out ruined the morning.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very close to the Hershey attractions!

When we first arrived to the hotel we were very early to check in, we went into the lobby just to see if there was a possibility of checking in before 4:00 as we had to be at Hershey Park for a concert at 2:15. When we spoke the girl at the front desk she was very nice and found a room that was cleaned and ready to be used. Another women came out into the lobby and started speaking to the lady who had just helped us. She was very rude and we felt very uncomfortable it was not our intention to get the girl who helped us in trouble we appreciated that she gave us a room earlier than check in and that she accommodated our needs, but I did think it was very unprofessional for the other lady to speak to her so rudly in front of us. Other than this small experience we had a wonderful stay!

Only perk to this hotel was the location. Very convenient and close to Hershey park

First encounter was staff was bad. Not very friendly. Acted like they hated their job. Got to the room and it smelt terrible. Smelt like stale smoke and mildew. Entire place was dated and not kept. Extension cords were run under the carpet which looked like a fire waiting to happen. Then there was no sprinkler system yet the binder in the room with all the info about hotel stated that they were state of the art fire protection.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast featured delicious options. The large pool was great for kids. Proximity to attractions was a major plus 😄

It was nice having a pool on sight. Our children enjoyed the pool.

The rooms are a little outdated. The room we stayed in had several stains on the furniture. The bathtub wasn't very clean and our toliet did not flush.
